A 100% natural, caffeine-free and tannin-free Ayurvedic herbal infusion designed to support healthy digestion and metabolic balance. Made from a blend of traditional Ayurvedic herbs such as cardamom, fennel, bishop’s seeds, cinnamon, clove and shatavari. Traditionally used to ease indigestion, bloating and acidity, and considered gentle enough for children aged 1 year and above.* *This product is not a medical treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional if you have special conditions or allergies. Ingredients: Proprietary Ayurvedic herbal blend including: cardamom, fennel, bishop’s seeds, cinnamon, clove, shatavari and other traditional herbs.
When & How to Consume;
– Steep ½–1 teaspoon of the blend in 2 cups of hot water for 5–10 minutes. Consume warm.
– Can also be added to soups, porridges, and curries.
Special Traditional Uses:
– Nursing mothers: Sip after each meal, up to 3–4 cups per day.
– For infants with colic/gas (traditional recommendation): Prepare a mild infusion with ¼ teaspoon herbal mix in 100 ml warm water. Steep 5–10 minutes. Serve 10–50 ml warm, 3–4 times per day. May also be mixed into formula milk preparation.
