At "Thara Organic" we believe the best vegetables starts with the best soil.
Our farms are situated at Wang Nam Kiaw, where the soil is nutrient rich and naturally healthy with lots of clean and fresh air as well as perfect weather conditions for planting high quality vegetables, which makes them sweet, crispy, fresh and additionally has a natural scent to it.
We pay close attention to every single step, from soil preparation and planting the seeds to watering the seedings and harvesting with utmost care for the consumption of our valued customers.
During the night, we open the greenhouse roof so our plants can benefit from the natural dew and cool mountain air. In the morning, the roof is closed to help maintain freshness.
We harvest our vegetables at 35–45 days old, when they are at their sweetest, crispiest, and most flavorful. they also are the most nutrient rich age for us to consume as well
Every morning 3:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m our team will start harvesting the fully grown greens as it preserves the freshness. After successfully harvesting all the vegetables they are all carefully kept in temperature-controlled conditions so that the quality stays the same from the farm to your plates
