Story of Four Ears, Five Eyes A villager once caught a strange creature that ate his crops. Though angry, he showed compassion and spared its life. That night, the creature ate burning embers and, to the villager’s surprise, excreted gold—bringing him great fortune. In truth, this legend is a teaching of Dharma: Four Ears remind us of the Four Brahmavihāras—loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity. Five Eyes represent the Five Precepts—living with non-harm, honesty, respect, mindfulness, and integrity. These dolls are lovingly handmade by the community of Phra Bat Huai Tom, created to be companions that remind us to grow with mindfulness, perseverance, and kindness. **Net proceeds will be donated to the school in Phra Bat Huai Tom village and used to continue an inclusive art exhibition for all to experience.**
