Made by local women and no added oils, sugar, or preservatives, Roots’ Golden Gomashio is a Myanmar twist on a Japanese favourite. Gomashio is naturally grown sesame seeds from Dry Zone mixed with a dash of Myanmar sea salt from Rakhine. Sesame is hulled and lightly roasted before being mixed with a stone grinder to preserve nutrients and bring out its full flavour.
