In 2016, Ira was born with the blend of passion of natural ingredients and responsibility for nature. With that, Ira, which means earth or goddess of earth, was named. We started the first natural lip balm in tin that offered natural ingredients from around the world and also variety of flavor such as Mango with sticky rice flavored lip balm which becomes the most popular among Thai and foreign customers.

With the above passion spirit, we extensively research not only our ingredients but also the packaging that can take care of nature- from using box manufacturing processes without lamination to 100% biodegradable lip balm packaging. In 2017, we became the first brand in Thailand that introduced Eco paper lip balm tube in the market. We believe in giving back to nature as much as nature gives to us. Now all of our packaging is 100% plastic-free. We also have a new commitment for this year that we will source the ingredients domestically to support Thai farmers and gardeners as much as we can.

At Ira, beauty comes with healthy and safety. Our commitment is to deliver products that are effective and safe. We will never compromise on the toxic to skin ingredient in our products. Our products are formulated without alcohol, parabens, mineral oil, petrolatum, paraffin, polyethylene beads, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and talc. We also respect for all animal life. That’s why our products are not tested with animal. We are committed to further reducing animal ingredients and will completely go vegan by 2021.
