How & when: - Use as a cooking fat (eggs, stir-fries, curries), spread on toast, add to warm porridge or "golden coffee", or apply externally as a skin or massage emollient. - 1–4 tablespoons daily for a moderately active adult — adjust by activity level and calorie needs. Start small (e.g., 1 teaspoon) and increase if desired. - Traditionally used for gentle infant massage externally. Do not give internally to infants without pediatric advice.
