2. Snow White: A soft and creamy cheese with a flaky center. It reveals a complex yet typical, bold taste of goat cheeses under earthy notes.

Goat Natural cheeses 
1. Nourkai: A classic treasure of soft goat cheese with a natural wrinkly skin.
2. Blackkai: Cheese covered with bamboo charcoal, as a traditional farmhouse cheese.
3. Tanchan: So delicate when young, but develops wrinkles and white dust on the surface when mature. 
4. Tanchan with Charcoal: Has an ashy surface from bamboo charcoal to encourage the gradual development of beautiful wrinkles and natural light dust molds.

Cow cheeses
1. Yaao Yoan: A creamy white rind cow's milk cheese.
2. Yuru: A delicate, artisan cow cheese with smooth texture and subtle tang.
3. Le Chedi Brie: A soft-ripened, rich and creamy cow's milk brie from Nakhon Pathom.
