De-Stress conveys a sensory of the grass, the ground, and the green herbs after cool rain has showered and left freshness and vitality behind for overall resurrection It’s comparable to a mind affected by stress and worries that are able to eventually find equilibrium again after allowing nature to heal inside out.

USE DIRECTIONS
•	Inhale directly from the bottle, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball, and take a deep breath.
(caution: avoid contact with skin as essential oil are concentrated and may cause skin irritation.)
•	Add 5-7 drops to diffusing devices. DO NOT DIFFUSE ESSENTIAL OIL IN DIFFUSING DEVICES WITHOUT WATER.
•	Dilute essential oil in carrier oils e.g., cold-pressed coconut oil or other vegetable oils
Dilution ratio: 1-2 drops of essential oil: 1 tablespoon of carrier oil for topical application or massage.

•	For topical application, dilute before use.
•	Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.
•	Women during pregnancy or breastfeeding should consult a physician before using essential oils. 
•	Avoid using essential oils topically on children under 5 years.
